A Regenerative Specialist
The Aesthetic Injection Lab is a concierge-styled aesthetic training company, offering a variety of training courses specifically designed for licensed medical professionals-MDs, NPs, PAs, and RNs-with personalized instruction in aesthetic injection techniques. Available as a one-on-one session or group training, this hands on lab focuses on the safe and effective use of neuromodulators, dermal fillers and regenerative products.

Six different courses are offered to meet a wide range of provider needs. Providers can choose which course, or courses, best fit with what they would like to learn, making courses ideal for both beginner and advanced injectors seeking a customized education. Providers provide models for each course, providing opportunity for follow up and continuity of care.
Trainings emphasizes safety, anatomy, technique, and achieving natural, optimal results.

Classes
Choose from one of our classes listed below to find your best fit for both you and your office. Classes are 3 hours long and are set up as a concierge service. You may choose 1 on 1 training or group training.

Basic Cannula Training
This class is designed for medical professionals new to using microcannulas for aesthetic injections. Expertise is brought directly to your professional location for a customized learning experience. This 3 hour course covers foundational knowledge, including cannula selection, anatomy review, safety techniques, and proper entry point creation. Participants will perform basic cannula techniques with dermal fillers using live models, allowing providers to gain both comfort and technical skill in a real-world setting. The focus is on enhancing safety, minimizing trauma, and delivering refined aesthetic outcomes.

Neuromodulator
The 3-hour concierge-style training brings instruction directly to your professional location. This is a beginner course, and covers proper reconstitution, comprehensive facial mapping with regards to muscle movement, and precise injection techniques tailored to achieve natural, balanced results. Participants will work with live models to build confidence with patient assessment and injection skill. Additional areas covered upon request. This personalized class emphasizes safety, dosing accuracy, and patient assessment for optimal outcomes.

Radiesse and Belotero
Expert instruction is brought directly to your professional location. This course provides hands-on instruction using Radiesse and Belotero dermal fillers. This course covers proper injection techniques, safety protocols, and identification of the correct plane of injection for each product. Participants will work on live models to gain confidence and skill in facial assessnebt abd balancing. Radiesse, a calcium hydroxylapetite (CaHA) filler, offers structiural support, while Belotero, a hyaluronic acid (HA) filler, integrates seamlessly for superficial fine lines.

Regenerative Class Level 1
The focus of this advanced class if the regenerative use of Radiesse through various dilution techniques delivered via a microcannula. This hands-on class includes live model injections, targeting a specific plane to stimulate the body's natural production of collagen types I and III, as well as elastin, using calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA). This foundational course emphasizes safe, effective regenerative techniques aimed at improving skin quality and structure over time. Pre-course publications will be provided for review to ensure particpants are prepared with essential background knowledge prior to training. A list of supplies will also be sent prior to training. This class will focus on face only regenerative applications.

Regenerative Class Level 2
This advanced class will focus on the regenerative use of Radiesse through the use of microcannulas and plane specific application of product. This course focuses on "off face" applications and will be tailored based on provider's specific request. Pre-course publications will be provided for review to ensure participants are prepared. A list of supplies will also be sent prior to training.

Regenerative Class Level 3 (Hybrid)
This course pairs seamlessly with the Regenerative Aesthetics Training Level 1, which expands on the use of Radiesses and Belotero as a biostimulatory combination. In the regenerative series, providers learn advanced techniques to harness both the immediate smoothing and hydrating benefits of HA and the long-term collagen and elastin stimulation of CaHA, optimizing patient outcomes in a natural, restorative way.

With over 15 years in the aesthetic industry, I founded The Aesthetic Injection Lab to offer a personalized, hands-on training experience for medical professionals who are passionate about aesthetics. For the past seven years, I've had the privilege of training over 1,400 providers across the nation at all levels-sharing not just technique, but the science behind safe and effective injections. My back ground includes extensive experience with regenerative aesthetics through my work at Merz Aesthetics as a Medical Affairs Clinician, focusing on Radiesse, Belotero, and Xeomin. Courses are designed based upon my specific industry knowledge and experience, to continue to bridge the gap between science and technique.
My goal is to help you build confidence, elevate your skills and achieve natural, beautiful results for your patients. Natural results gained through precise, strategic injections as well as the application of regenerative aesthetics.
